"No help from customer service"
I contacted customer service to speak to someone about a harassment issue that occurred three separate times between my daughter and one of the drivers. It has been over a month and I still have not gotten anywhere with this. Im not asking for anything other than for them to speak with the driver and make sure this doesn’t happen again with anyone else. I have not gotten very far with their customer service.

"Terrible"
Terrible. Bus was 2 hours late. A van with no bathroom picked us up in Austin and drove us to Houston. No space to store luggage. We had to pile suitcases in passage way. Very unsafe.

"Very rude and nasty"
Very careless when I stomp my toe with a bruise on it . Very inpatient drop me off like I was trash never again !

"Redcoach is BARELY worth the savings vs. Vonlane"
I've taken both Redcoach & Vonlane several times and - frankly - there's a good reason why Vonlane's Austin/Houston route costs THREE TIMES as much.

Redcoach issues I've encountered:
WIFI down - frequently
Electrical outlets broken or just not there - frequently
Bus delays of more than an hour
Unannounced replacement with ABBA vans
Moving the Austin location without notifying passengers (staff actually claimed the new address was on the ticket - it was not)
Unhelpful customer disservice staff, and having to listen to a long-winded & completely pointless spiel before being connected to staff
Sometimes the buses are so COLD that it's like sitting in a meat locker for 3 hours - but not always, so good luck dressing for the ride!

To be fair, the drivers themselves are usually professional with a good attitude

It's still cheaper to ride than drive, but when the primary goal is to have a LESS stressful trip, Redcoach's business model comes up short

"Poor customer service"
Usually provides a good service, but when they mess up you can forget about any customer service help. No replies to email. Chat representatives don't come online, even though they "will be there shortly". I got sick of waiting after 20 mins.

"Biggest POS bus service"
Biggest POS bus service. NOT A LUXURY BUS with ant sort of standards. We were waiting at the stop for our bus which was supposed to leave at 9:30 AM, then go to downtown for another stop, then straight to Houston. AFTER 9:30 AM when the bus didn’t show up, the tracking updated and indicated that they decided to just skip the UTD/prior stop and leave an hour early from the downtown stop. Lol what?! No notifications. Only notice I got was that the bus was on time before I left at 9. This was a lie as the bus was already in downtown and left an hour early. Trash service will never ride them again.

"Took the bus from Fort Myers to Miami"
Took the bus from Fort Myers to Miami. The bus arrived late and the driver was on the phone during the entire trip. Every time we made a stop, he would just lift the luggage doors and let people grab their luggage. Awful customer service. The air conditioning was not working and the door was radeling the entire time. They had garbage bags hanging from the back of the front seats. The photos in their website are deceptive.

"Horrible experience today in Austin for…"
Horrible experience today in Austin for Katy, tx bus. 15 min before 10.15 am departure, received an email of an hour delay with no reason given. At 11.15 there's still no bus, then I called and after a long hold I told that driver was sick. We're asked to wait till noon for another bus that's being arranged. And still no bus in sight. We're told again to wait till 1pm, but this bus will first go to San Ant first making total travel time 5 hours. Some left but I stayed since schedule was finally showing on the map. But I can't believe that bus didn't arrive. What an incompetent management and poor service. Please stay away from this company!

"Good idea......and fills a need for…"
Good idea......and fills a need for transportation....... but never seem to be on time coming south. As we speak, ( latest example) bus delayed by 1 hour SO FAR from Gainesville to FLL. Guess with a captive clientele there is no need to address recurring issues?!?! Hope daughters make it in time for their cruise tomorrow morning!

We purchased a ticket for our son to travel from Richardson, Texas to Austin on the 8113 service that should have left at 4:15pm on 03/10. It never showed. He left the stop after waiting for 3 hours. I called your help line no less than 10 times. The first 2 times I got through and was lied to and told that buses were coming but they never did. I called again and again - got a customer service rep 3 times and just hung up on me when I said hello. After a while the customer service line never got me to anyone - it just said there was no one to answer the call. The website was equally unhelpful and no updates were posted after the first one - I don't think it ever showed up as I check it now at 9:50pm. Our ticket number is 230309504082 and we expect a full refund. I will also dispute this with our credit card. I also plan to leave a negative review as well on social media and other platforms. My son should be here for a family event planned tomorrow that is now ruined. Terrible company, terrible customer service.

"Can I go lower than a 1"
Can I go lower than a 1? Bought ticket for first class from Miami to Tallahassee. Driver was great but bus was a joke. Seats had less leg room than the bussiness class I took down and hardly reclined at all. Bus was lower class than any I have ever rode on. These people should be ashamed of what I see as bait and switch. Charge for first class and give you cattle class. Small seat when advertise larger seat and claim more leg room but give you less WATCH OUT.

Didnt turn up and they stranded us and 3 other familes. kept sending us bogus updated times of arrival. no customer service and they never cared or refunded us. i think one lady waiting with us was also pregnant. absolutely worst bus ever. i still dont know if it even exists.

"Bus didn't show up at the pick up address, we missed the bus"
We were supposed to catch the Redcoach from Houston to San Antonio at 10.45am last Saturday the 25th.
I arrived at 904 Main Street only to find out that the bus wasn't going to stop there. I called the office and was informed the bus would depart from a new location at 20 minutes away. It was already 10.40am, and there was no way we were going to arrive in time.
The attendant could not help me at all. I asked her to put me in contact with the bus driver, and whether he could wait for us. She simply was not responsive, all she kept saying was 'yes' then went silent. She barely spoke English. I was crying at this point. I had 3 pieces of luggage and needed to be in San Antonio by the afternoon.
We had to rush to another bus station, spend on a Lyft ride, and buy last minute Greyhound tickets for double the price.

Needless to say we were extremely stressed over this matter. It ruined our morning, and almost ruined our day.

I am requesting a refund for the USD 80 spent on the Redcoach tickets since we did not use them for reasons beyond our control. I have written 2 e-mails and one text message, but there has been no answer. There is no consideration towards the costumer at all. It is a money grab.

I expect this to be sorted out as soon as possible in order to avoid taking matters to the next level.

"Cancellation policy is vague and…"
Cancellation policy is vague and deceptive. I canceled the return portion of my Austin/Dallas round trip as the bus was an hour late leaving Austin on the initial departure date. I got an email stating my voucher is good for 3 months. There is nowhere on their website that tells you that if you cancel the voucher has a short time limit on it. I have sent complaints to both the Texas DOT as well as the National Consumer Complaint Database. At this point I want my money back as this is shady and deceptive bait and switch practice.

my ticket was supposed to be round trip $65 turn only one way. the ride was horrible had young man in front literally sitting in my lap
