Booking my ticket on RedCoach was easy overall. I was able to find the route and times without too much trouble, and the payment went through fine. The only thing was that the site felt a little slow, and I had to go back and double-check the seat selection because the instructions weren’t as clear as I expected. It wasn’t a bad experience, but a little more guidance would make the whole process smoother.

I stopped by the station late and didn’t feel super comfortable hanging around. It was quiet in that weird way where every little noise stands out, and I remember there was one flickering light near the pump that made the whole place feel even more off. I got what I needed and left quickly.

Took RedCoach to Tampa and the seat was a lot better than I thought it would be. I don’t remember which bus type it was or anything, but it reclined well and I actually had enough leg room, which is usually my main problem on buses. I ended up sleeping for a good chunk of the ride. Nothing super fancy, just clean enough and comfortable. I’d probably ride again just for the seat.

The bus was, like, actually on time, which was nice. Nothing major happened or anything, so yeah, it was a easy and straightforward trip overall.

I took RedCoach from Orlando to Miami and the thing that stuck with me most was the driving because the driver was super calm, didn’t speed, kept a good distance even when traffic got messy, and there weren’t any sudden brakes or weird lane changes, which made a big difference for me since I usually get nervous on buses but this ride actually felt safe and smooth. I’d definitely use them again for that alone.

It was fair enough overall, but I’ll admit I’m biased against extra charges in general. Having to deal with the extra bags got annoying really fast, and it kind of took away from the experience for me.

So, I took RedCoach recently it was like, a okay experience overall. The staff were actually really helpful when I had a couple questions about my ticket and, you know, where I was supposed to wait and all that. The driver was nice too, and he helped with bags, which I definitely appreciated. The ride itself was kind of just fine, though. The bus was a little late, and I feel like the communication could’ve been better, to be honest. Not a bad trip or anything, but not exactly amazing either. I’d probably use them again if the price was good enough.

RedCoach was okay for the price, I guess, but I feel kind of stupid for trusting the first price I saw. The seat was fine and the trip left on time, so I’ll give them that. But once the extra fees showed up, it ended up being way less of a deal than it looked at first...

The bus ended up being almost an hour late and the updates didn’t really come until late too, I did get an email but it was vague and didn’t explain much so I was just kind of waiting around not knowing what was going on, but once we finally boarded the driver was nice and the ride itself was fine, not a terrible experience overall I just really wish they were quicker about communicating delays...

Couldn’t charge my phone the entire ride, which was really frustrating. Whoever runs this needs to make sure the charging ports actually work before people are stuck on a trip with a dead phone...

This wasn’t a great first impression. I had to cancel my trip, and the refund took longer than I expected, which was frustrating. Support did get back to me eventually, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the whole thing felt slower than it needed to be.

Overall, the ride was good. The bus was clean, and the driver was nice, which I think most customers would appreciate. The only downside was that the trip took about 30 minutes longer than expected, but traffic was bad, so it wasn’t entirely their fault. We still got there okay in the end, so I’d give it 4 stars.

I had to change my RedCoach ride last minute, I think it was a day or two before, maybe earlier, I don’t remember exactly — and I was already stressed about it. Luckily, rescheduling was way easier than I expected. I didn’t have to sit around calling a bunch of people, and the new time showed up on my ticket quickly. Definitely came through for me when my plans got switched around

The driver was really polite, which I always appreciate. The ride itself was smooth too, no sudden stops or anything weird. it was just a simple, comfortable trip, and the driver made it pleasant.

The boarding process was not great. It felt really disorganized, with no clear line and not much direction from the staff. A lot of people seemed confused about where they were supposed to go, which made everything feel stressful right from the start. It also ended up running late, so the whole experience was a miss for me

I was impressed with how clean the bus was. The seats looked nice, and even the bathroom was in good shape, which doesnt always happen on buses.

At first, I was a bit concerned because it was running late, and that kind of set my expectations. But in the end, it showed up okay and everything worked out fine...

I reached out to customer service about an issue I was having, but they took a while to get back to me and when they finally did, it didn’t really solve anything. I was hoping for at least some clear help or a next step, but... yeah, not much came from it.
